      <description>&lt;P&gt;My coputer is saying that my MG8120 printer is offline.&amp;nbsp; It is now&amp;nbsp; It is on and even when I turn it off and then back on, I still get the error message that it's offline.&amp;nbsp; What can I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It turns out I had a couple of registry errors on my computer. I did a power erase which corrected the error.&amp;nbsp; My printer is now working fine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
