      <title>I thought Canon was a decent company, wrong.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Got my canon mx492 a couple weeks ago. The thing runs through ink and encourages you to constantly waste ink making test pages and realigning headers. I had a werid line through my prints, and tried to realign printer heads and clean encoder tape, and then needed new ink...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Paid 56$ for over priced worthless new ink and then tried to print something for my doctor appointment coming up that day and BOOM. Error 5100.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there no company that doesnt intentionally make weak points in their products for the sake of stealing more cash for tech support? Honestly you are all scum.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ive cleaned the encoder tape, look for paper jams, looked inside, and restarted the thing 5 times. I think you are going on my list with HP for top 10 trashyest companies.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
