I can't get it to print from letter traya. tried resetting everything but stll stubbornly wants to preferentially print from photo tray. Any thoughts

Hello.

The printer will feed from the upper cassette when a smaller paper size has been specified in your software.

Check the settings in your software to ensure that the Letter paper size has been chosen before printing.

Adobe Acrobat doesn't have a pref to specify paper size and I cannot print from browser or Adobe.
