    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a PIXMA MX474 and I am trying to scan a document but I am not able to do so as it is not responding to my laptop like it used to before. Each time I press the scan button and the colour button for a scan for a colored document, it is saying to wait and yet nothing happens. When I input the desired functions on the menu (Save to, document type...) and press the colour button for it to start, nothing happens. Any ideas on how I can get this thing to work?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is this a result of upgrading to Windows 10? If so, many of us with different models are in the same predicament.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
