      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The error may indicate that there is an issue with the printer itself. &amp;nbsp;Check the LCD display of the printer to make sure that no errors or warnings are present.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the printer is working correctly, try turning the printer off and back on, then restart your computer. &amp;nbsp;Once this has been done try scanning again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the error persists, find more help at &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/contact-support/" target="_blank"&gt;Contact Us&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
