Pixma MG6450 prin ts ok but get Code 5,157,69 when scan

Pixma MG6450 can print but when scan get code 5,157,69 using Windows 7

Have tried turning anti virus off, unless there is another one built in to windiows ... and no change

Have hard wired printer to PC via USB and this is the result

What do I need to do ?

PS It used to work via wifi but stiopped hence using USB now but stil no change
