    <description>&lt;P&gt;My Pixma MG6320 will no longer print from my desktop. When I try, it does nothing, but then I will eventually get a window that pops up telling me that the "printer is not responding". Looking in the print queue, I see the status is Error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried restarting my desktop, the computer, and the router, but get the same issue. I have uninstalled the drivers, and re-installed. The LAN settings are fine, and I am able to scan a document to that same desktop, so the printer and the PC are communicating. I can make copies from the device, so I know the printer has the ability to print. I have also tried disabling my anti virus software. I have checked the printer port, and made sure the firmware is up to date. Absolutely everything looks like it should be, but it won't print.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm on Windows 10, and everything has been working fine for a couple years until this. I don't recall installing any new software or doing anything different on the PC.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
