    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just did a clean install to OSX El Capitan. &amp;nbsp;However, I had the same problem while running Mavericks, which was fixed by your phone support team. &amp;nbsp;I'd love for the answer to be given here, as I've seen MANY other Canon users with the same exact problem, but no real solution. &amp;nbsp;Wish I'd thought to post it last time...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>MG6320 - Cannot print to CD properly</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello. &amp;nbsp;I have an MG6320, and have installed the drivers for this printer on my iMac. &amp;nbsp;However, I cannot print to CDs or DVDs properly because Tray J does not appear on the list of options. &amp;nbsp;It doesn't matter whether I'm using My Image Garden or third party software...the option for Tray J is not there, and therefore, I cannot print on a disc properly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had called support about the same problem months ago, and it was a problem in the way the drivers were installed, and something special had to be done within my System Preferences. &amp;nbsp;Please, if you would, guide me through the steps of installing the drivers properly on a Mac so that this Tray appears in my list of options on my software.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
