    <description>&lt;P&gt;Error 2500 means that the alignment pattern was not printed correctly, but the page I requested is the noizzle check, not the print head alignement.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In either case, it looks like the issue is with the printer if there is no color on a color copy. If you are in warranty, I'd call tech support. Otherwise you're probably looking at replacing the unit.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Print a nozzle check from the maintenance&amp;nbsp;menu (located in "Setup", which can be found by clicking down 7 times after selecting&amp;nbsp;the "Menu" button on the printer). Describe the page that prints. That should tell us if the printer is still printing color (in which case it is a setting somewhere that is preventing color), or whether the printer has lost the ability to print color.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The print out is in black only, shows error 2500 thankyou in advancd. Even when you try to make a copy, in color, its only black and white. The alignment request is blank.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
