      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Maxify MB5420 purchased in October 2016.&amp;nbsp; I put a non-Canon brand of print cartridge into the machine.&amp;nbsp; From the print out, I could tell the cartridge leaked. I have received an error B504, which is not in the manual. It just says call service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to just manually move the cartridge sled and take out the bad cartridge, but the manual says it "could" damage the printer.&amp;nbsp; Can I do this and clean it up?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
