      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently upgraded to windows 10 a few days ago. &amp;nbsp;I now find my scanner does not work or is not compatible &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt; &amp;nbsp;which is very inconvenient for me. &amp;nbsp;I love this printer/scanner as it is the best I have had with&amp;nbsp;no&amp;nbsp;problems until now .. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt; &amp;nbsp;anything I can do to sort the problem? TIA&lt;/P&gt;</description>
