    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does this issue occur with any party that you send faxes to or only a certain number? &amp;nbsp;If this occurs with any fax, try using a new phone cord to see if this helps with the connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the issues persist, testing may have to be done with our phone support group. &amp;nbsp;Please contact our support group using the "Contact Us" link below for additional assistance.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This didn't answer your question or issue?       <title>MX870 no longer sending faxes</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The fax functionality had been working fine until recently.&amp;nbsp; Every time I try to send a fax, I can hear the dial tone and the intended recipient fax line pick up, however, the connection is never made (the "handshake" is not accepted).&amp;nbsp; Transmission report comes back with "NG" code.&amp;nbsp; I've reviewed fax&amp;nbsp;and device settings and am at a loss to know how to resolve.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
