MX920 doesn't print

Hello Canon community! Recently my MXP20 has stopped working.

I tried reinstalling the printer, and I am able to see ink levels. The computer and printer look to be comminicating. But once I try to print something it instead gets stuck on the status "Creating Print Data."

I;ve also noticed that sometimes when printing documents the size gets stuck and "doesn't load the whole way." For example, under File Size it would read "5.0MB/10.3MB" (theoritical number) with the status "Printing."

I've restarted the pinrter and also installed the printer on my computer a few times with no sucess. If anyone could help me I'd greatly appriciate it!
