      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ethernet&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows 10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No error message&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I go to properties and try to click on collate, it is grayed out with a check in it.&amp;nbsp; But pages are not collating but coming out last page first.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As I stated numerous times already, the collate option is grayed out.&amp;nbsp; I've tried upping the number of copies, click on collate, then reduce the amount to one copy. and save it that way.&amp;nbsp; However, &amp;nbsp; The collate is checked, stays gray, but WILL NOT COLLATE!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
