Ethernet

Windows 10

No error message

When I go to properties and try to click on collate, it is grayed out with a check in it. But pages are not collating but coming out last page first.

Hello.

The Collate option should be available once multiple copies have been specified. Adjust this option towards the bottom of the Page Setup menu to activate the Collate option.

As I stated numerous times already, the collate option is grayed out. I've tried upping the number of copies, click on collate, then reduce the amount to one copy. and save it that way. However, The collate is checked, stays gray, but WILL NOT COLLATE!
