    <description>&lt;P&gt;Printer had been working fine. I recently upgraded to Windows 10. Now I cannot print from computer apps. I can use printer's copying function . I did a Troubleshoot and everything looks fine.Conneced via USB. Uninstalled and reinstalled driver.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does this issue occur with certain programs or with any program that is used on the computer?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, what error occurs when you are unable to print?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This didn't answer your question or issue?
