Hello,

I have a problem now with my 1 1/2 year old Canon MG6320 printer. Print out showed wavy vertical lines and some words blurred, some italic like.

I did the print head alignment from computer and also manually keying in the best values but to no effect.

Next I cleaned the cleaned & deep cleaned the printer head, again no effect. Finally I cleaned the rollers as well. The wavy verical lines are still there.

I changed the lines to color and they were fine, but the words (black) still had the italic like printing in about 3 lines. I changed the words to color as well and guess what? Everything looks just fine! So clearly the black print head is the culprit.

How do I correct this?

Would appreciate any input from anyone, thanks in advance.
