Print out showed wavy vertical lines and some words blurred, some italic like.<BR /><BR />I did the print head alignment from computer and also manually keying in the best values but to no effect.</P><P>Next I cleaned the cleaned &amp; deep cleaned the printer head, again no effect. Finally I cleaned the rollers as well. The wavy verical lines are still there.</P><P><BR />I changed the lines to color and they were fine, but the words (black) still had the italic like printing in about 3 lines. I changed the words to color as well and guess what? Everything looks just fine!
