    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi dgr,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First, please make sure that the ink tanks are installed in the printer correctly and are in the correct order. The order from left to right is as follows:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CLI-221BK&lt;BR /&gt;CLI-221GY&lt;BR /&gt;CLI-221Y&lt;BR /&gt;PGI-220PGBK&lt;BR /&gt;CLI-221C&lt;BR /&gt;CLI-221M&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Next, a test of the printer should be performed. This will tell us if the printer is working correctly. To do this, please load letter-sized paper in the PIXMA MG6320 and follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Flick the HOME screen and then tap Setup.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Tap Maintenance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Tap Print nozzle check pattern.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. Tap Yes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Nozzle Check will print. Please compare your printout to the example that has been attached to the bottom of this post. If they differ, please perform a few printhead cleanings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To perform cleanings, please follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.       <title>6300 won't print text.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Two-year-old Pixma MG 6320 has stopped printing text.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Won't print text from either wifi connected computer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Won't print text on Windows-generated printer test page, but will print Windows color logo at the top of the test&amp;nbsp;page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Printer print head test page has full color on all panels, including&amp;nbsp;black and grey, but won't print the grid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Prints images fine, including black sections of images.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I create a pdf of a document it won't print the text&amp;nbsp;of, it will print the pdf image just fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This same thing happened to my previous Canon 6320, but as it was a hand-me-down, I replaced it with a new one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
