MG5420 printer wont open as default

I have a MG5420 printer installed on win xp sp3. When I open my picture folder to print pictures, Windows Photo Wizard for downloading from a camera opens and freezes my computer. If I right click on the photo to "open with" my canon isn't listed. My Canon Mg5420 is the only printer on my computer and is listed as the default. Can anyone help. I have to be able to print pictures as evidence in a grand jury case.

The issue that you described may be related to the program that is being used.

Try using our Easy-PhotoPrint EX program to print the images.
