Please perform the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Open the Control Panel from your Desktop or Start Menu.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Open Programs and Features.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Uninstall the MP495/MP Drivers and the Canon IJ Network Tool.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Well I changed the ink cartridges on my Canon Pixma MP495 which was working great. Now it won't connect via wireless. &amp;nbsp;Everytime I try and print it says it is offline. &amp;nbsp;I might want to mention that I have Windows 10 now, where before I had Windows 8.1. &amp;nbsp;I have tried everything. All the help ideas. &amp;nbsp;Nothing works. Should I just delete all drivers and start over? And is so, how do I delete the printer and all the drivers? &amp;nbsp; I have spent almost all day trying to figure this out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
