    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are using the printer with the Google Cloud Print service,&amp;nbsp;the issue may be related to a firewall or protection setting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To use the Cloud services with the printer on the intranet, please open Port 5222 (both on the PCs and the router/firewall).       <description>&lt;P&gt;I have reregistered, reset the dns server, turned it off and on. &amp;nbsp;It continues to stay offline and will not print.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
