    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please try the following to see if we can resolve your issue:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Turn the printer off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Unplug the power from the printer for at least 5-10 minutes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. While unplugged, remove any paper from the unit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. Double check for any obstructions found in the unit or paper paths.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a PIXMA MP600 printer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a HP computer.............I print just about every other day so I know they work together,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was printing from the computer yesterday when I got this error code 5010.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank You.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm still waitng for a reply on my error code 5010 , on my Canon PIXMA MP600 (USB001) printer, it is connected to a HP computer, microsoft, I print every other day and was printing when I got the error code, I can't find this code in the quick start guide book. &amp;nbsp;PLEASE help.
