PIXMA iP8720 How to choose 11 x 14 paper

The drop-down paper size choices for my ip8720 does not include 11x14 size. I have to print on 11x17 cut down from 13x19 and then trim again to 11x14 after printing. A waste of paper. Any work-around suggestions for printing directly on 11x14 paper with this printer?

Hi brassman,

11" x 14" is not a standard paper size, this is why it is not in the list.

To print on this size paper, a custom paper size would have to be used. Custom paper sizes can be set in the print driver.

and where exactly is the option to choose the custom sizing afterwards? Ive followed the steps and created a custom size in the print drivers settings for 11x14 but it still does not show where to choose the new custom size when i try to print.

I disagree. Having been a photographer for over 50 years, I can guarantee 11x14 is a standard size for photos and has been for a very long time.
