      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have a brand new Pixma 2900 series that is all set up, shows as connected (with a cable, not wireless), set as the default printer, but won't print because the "Initializing" light won't stop flashing.&amp;nbsp; Any insights?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi dashwood32097,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please try printing a test page. &amp;nbsp;To do this, please load letter-sized paper in the PIXMA MG2920 and follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Make sure that your PIXMA MG2920's power is turned on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Load a sheet of A4 or Letter-sized plain paper in the rear tray.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Pull out the paper output tray and the output tray extension.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4.
