    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Uninstalling the current drivers and then reinstalling the latest drivers should resolve this issue. Please perform the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Open the Control Panel from your Desktop or Start Menu.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Open Programs and Features.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Uninstall the MG6300/MP Drivers and the Canon IJ Network Tool.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. Close all windows that are open.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once this has been done, we will reinstall.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please visit the following link to download the latest MP Drivers:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/printers_multifunction/pixma_mg_series/pixma_mg6320#DriversAndSoftware" target="_self"&gt;MG6300 series Drivers &amp;amp; Software&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This didn't answer your question or issue?
