    <description>&lt;P&gt;After replacing the ink cartridges in my MG5620, the mac still says low ink and won't print. The printer will make a copy just won't print from the computer. I checked cartridges, the lights are on, went through cleaning menu still won't print. What to do now??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi tansann,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To try and resolve the issue, please&amp;nbsp;take all of the ink tanks out of the printer, turn the unit off, then turn it back on, and place the ink tanks back inside of the printer. &amp;nbsp;It should then update the ink levels accurately. &amp;nbsp;If you still experience difficulty, please&amp;nbsp;call or email us using one of the methods on the &lt;A href="http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/standard_display/contact_us_consumer" target="_blank"&gt;Contact Us&lt;/A&gt; page for further assistance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
