    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have just purchased a Pixma MG6470 multi function printer. &amp;nbsp;I 1st set it up on my personal laptop running windows 10. &amp;nbsp;It took a while to detect the printer on the network but eventually it succeeded and I'm now connected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I went through the same process of full software and driver downloads and installation for 2 other windows 10 laptops but they cannot find the printer on the network. &amp;nbsp;The setup screen appears with redetect. &amp;nbsp;When I do this it finds nothing. &amp;nbsp;Have tried so many times installing again but same issue. &amp;nbsp;without finding the printer the wireless installation will not complete.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is causing us problems as we need the wireless facility NOT USB.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If anyone has suggestions on how to resolve this please assist.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The printer is connected to the network and all laptops are connected to the network - just no connection between 2 laptops and printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
