      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just installed my Canon MX922 and needed to scan a document.&amp;nbsp; It says I do not have required privileges to access this folder.&amp;nbsp; I have Windows 10.I am the only one using this computer and do not use an administrator sign in.&amp;nbsp; I updated the driver and the image garden program.&amp;nbsp; How do I get privileges to access this printer's functions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The IJ Scan Utility program is the program that controls the scanner. &amp;nbsp;It appears that the program is not able to save files to the default save location. &amp;nbsp;Please open the program and go to the Settings menu to select a new Save location for your scans for both the Photo and Document options.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This didn't answer your question or issue?
