      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am suddenly receiving an error message with my scanner.&amp;nbsp; Code 5, 202, 54.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My printer still copies and prints, but does not scan. I have not changed anything. I am uing Windows 10.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check to make sure that the Canon IJ&amp;nbsp;Network Scan Utility is running on your computer. &amp;nbsp;This can be opened from the Start Menu. &amp;nbsp;Once opened, reopen the IJ Scan Utility and try scanning to test the connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you continue to have difficulties, find more help at &lt;A href="http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/standard_display/contact_us_consumer" target="_blank"&gt;Contact Us&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
