Not sure what's going on here. My MX472 is on, yet when I try printing, it gives me an error that says printer isn't on. The printer IS on. Please help, thanks.

Yes, using it wirelessly. Error just says printer is not on.

Hello.

Try turning the printer off and then restart your computer. While the computer restarts, turn the printer back on. Then try printing when the computer starts back up.
