    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, just recently upgraded to Windows 10 and now my scanner will not operate.&amp;nbsp; I receive the following error message&amp;nbsp; box:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"You do not have the required priveleges to access the specified folder.&amp;nbsp; code 9,244,3"&amp;nbsp; I have a Canon PIXMA MG2200 series.&amp;nbsp; I uninstalled the software and reinstalled.&amp;nbsp; I also went to the website and downloaded a recommended driver to no avail.&amp;nbsp; It will print however, just not scan.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi bkgreatdane,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To try and get the scanner working again, please attempt to reinstall the downloaded drivers by right-clicking over the file and selecting the RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR option. &amp;nbsp;If you still experience difficulty, please&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;call or email us using one of the methods on the &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/standard_display/contact_us_consumer" target="_blank"&gt;Contact Us&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; page for further assistance.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
