My MP530 prints every other line. I ran the cleaning and print test, but it didn't work.

My PIXMA MP530 started printing every other line. I ran the nozzle cleaning and print tests, but nothing worked. The print shows the top line (PGBK) missing and the print test grid shows every other line vertically.

I've also removed and cleaned the print head, but this didn't fix the problem either.

I'd appreciate any tips or help! Thank you.

Hi pht2108,

Please make sure that the black ink contains ink. If it does and peforming cleanings does get the black to print correctly, please contact our support group using the following link:

Thanks for the reply. All ink tanks are near full. The print test also doesn't show the very first lines.

Are there any Canon service centers where I can bring my printer in?
