      <title>PIXMA iP7220 will not print DVD</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;With 'my image' (as since new), used disk print procedure for white ink-jet printable media, all software and mechanical processes worked.&amp;nbsp; However, no ink printed on disk.&amp;nbsp; (Printing black text only, no image).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried multiple times, no success.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Powered printer off, waited, powered back on, still no success.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Though existing showed good, I installed new black ink carts, no success.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried printing a document on paper (twice) - worked fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Downloded/installed latest drivers, still no success w/disk.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried different disks, no success.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Upon "pint now (/resume button)," tray moves in and I can hear the print head(s) moving back and forth (as typical) as the disk is moving back out, line by line.&amp;nbsp; However, no ink is ever placed on the disk.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
