    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a pixma mg5220 all in one printer. Error code 5012 shows and a loud sound occurs. Running windows8.1 on hp smarttouch&amp;nbsp;15 812, MIGHT BE b12 &amp;nbsp;It's hard to read.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This happens rarely, but when it does, I don't know when it will start to work again. Any suggestions, please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
