    <description>Are you using via wireless or USB? Sounds like the driver you're using is probably outdated. I'd uninstall and reinstall the latest driver from the Canon website.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot print&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When &amp;nbsp;I press the "printer status" I get:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cannot communicate with the printer.&lt;BR /&gt;Turn Enable bi-directional support on in the printer's Properties dialog box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I use Windows 10 64 bit&lt;/P&gt;</description>
