      <title>Cannon MG 5340 message printer not responding.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have switched the printer off and on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Restarted my laptop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Temporarily disabled Windows firewall.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had the printer for some time and this is a recent problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
