I need SELPHY Photo Print for CP810

I have bought a new SELPHY CP810. In the box there was no CD with drivers and software. I have contacted the store that sold me the printer and they sent me the CD which turned out to be the wrong one. After 1 month I have tried to install the driver and bundled software (Selphy Photo Print) and it was not possible. The driver for the printer was not the correct one. I assume it was for the CP800. That was not a big problem because it was possible to download the Windows driver from Canon website. Now the problem remains with Photo Print because it will not recognize the printer CP810. However I was able to successfully print a test page from within Windows.

Is there any chance to download the Selphy Photo Print which supports CP810 for WIndows 7?

Hello vasiliurobert.

The CP810 was not sold here in the United States. This unit appears to be a model that was sold in Europe.

Thanks, I didn't know that it is an European model.

However. problem remains because on Canon Europe website there is no SELPHY Photo Print Software for Windows available for download. There is an update for Mac, and everything else is drivers for the printer.

I need SELPHY Photo Print SOFTWARE for CP810. I am using MacOS 10.10, the current version is not supported. Any help please?
