    <description>I have an MG7500 and am unable to scan from PC or panel on printer. I am running XP. I get error 5,250,122 when using the IJ Scanner Utility. I ahve reloaded all software and downloaded the MP drives. Please help.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the printer is set up for wireless this error may occur if the settings are still set for a USB connection. &amp;nbsp;Please try the following to see if we can resolve your issue:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Click Start and open Programs/All Programs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Go to Canon IJ Network Utilities.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Go to Canon IJ Network Scan Utility.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. Open the Canon IJ Network Scan Utility.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once this has been done, a small scanner icon should appear near your clock on the bottom corner of the screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Next, follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Open the Canon IJ Scan Utility on your Desktop or the Canon Utilities listing of the Start Menu.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2. In the Product Name dropdown menu, select the Network version of the printer.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once this has been done, try scanning from the IJ Scan Utility to test the connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists, please contact our support group using the Contact Us link below for additional assistance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This didn't answer your question or issue?
