    <description>&lt;P&gt;HELP!&amp;nbsp; If no one on the forum has any suggestions on how to&amp;nbsp;correct my problem. Do you know of another place on the internet I can go for help?&amp;nbsp; I am at a loss on this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I haven't used or had this printer long and I have had a lot of problems getting it to print.&amp;nbsp; The quality of&amp;nbsp;printing is great&amp;nbsp;when it works.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am running Windows 8.&amp;nbsp; Everytime I try to print it says "Printer is in Error State".&amp;nbsp; I have tried everything I know to do to make it work but with no luck.&amp;nbsp; If anyone can help me, it would be very much appreciate.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
