      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to install a pixma ip100 printer on windows 8.&amp;nbsp; We had a older pixma ip100 that lasted many years.&amp;nbsp; However we get this printer offline message on the new printer, while the older printer is able to print on the same pc.&amp;nbsp; Canon reps need to give better answers or else they are going to get alot of printers returned to the stores after customers are given unsatisfactory answers&lt;/P&gt;</description>
