I have a new PIXMA MG2200. Print quality is good but it often skips a whole line. No smearing - just a bunch of words missing.

I run Windows 7.

this is really annoying - any suggestions?

Hello,

Please visit the link below to print a nozzle check pattern, which is the best way to determine what is occurring:

http://kbsupport.cusa.canon.com/system/selfservice.controller?CONFIGURATION=1011&PARTITION_ID=1&secureFlag=false&TIMEZONE_OFFSET=&CMD=VIEW_ARTICLE&ARTICLE_ID=53488

Once the pattern is printed, click on "Examining The Nozzle Check Pattern" for the next steps.

Should the issue persist, it would be best to reach our technical support team at bitly.com/Phone_Support for further assistance.

Tried that. Twice.

Pettern appears to be Ok but I cleaned the head anyway.

Print quality is good, except for the missing lines.
