Recently purchased MX459. .

HELP!!!!! My machine is new and I'm so fustrated!!!

Is there someone I can call and have him/her

come over to my house to help me. Not good with

talking to computers on phone...grrrrr. Machine

says 'paper jam' and/or load paper - even after

paper is loaded. And no, I don't load a lot of paper.

Hi swirt,

To try and resolve the issue, please ensure that all packaging materials and tape have been removed from the inside and outside of the unit. Next, please follow the steps located at the link below to try and remove any obstructions that may be in the printer:
