      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you Christa for your reply. &amp;nbsp;I was able to solve my problem this morning with a Techsupport agent from Canon over the phone. &amp;nbsp;I needed to install the printer ink-head first, which I was unaware of. &amp;nbsp;Once, the agent walked me thru step by step I was able to install all cartridges and it's been working great. &amp;nbsp;Thanks you all. &amp;nbsp;Ivana&lt;/P&gt;</description>
