My Canon Lide 110 scanner has been working perfectly until a few days ago I bought a new 4K monitor. It is a Philips P-Line 28 inch monitor, 3840x2160 res.

Now the scanner will not work properly. Instead of the large scanning screen with all the various options displayed, I simply get a very small and basic scanning screen, which moreover gives an error message and ultimately does nothing.

I can hardly credit a new monitor being the cause of such a problem, but the day before I installed the new monitor, the scanner and software worked properly. The day of installing it didn't work properly any more.

Any solutions or ideeas or tips?

And yes, naturally I uninstalled and re-installed the very latest drivers.
