      <title>Can't get past first screen</title>

      <description>I have just turned on my Selphy cp1200 printer and I can’t get past the first screen. It’s a black screen with "canon" written in white. None of the buttons are working. I can’t even turn it off. All I can do is unplug it. Extremely Frustrating!</description>
