Also, how in the hell can you adjust for the printer sliding paper ahead 2mm when printing duplex? I figured out how but it is absolutely ludacris that it slides the paper out of alignment. I am printing CD booklets and this is unacceptable.

So you're saying that you cannot help a paying customer because he's outside of US? Are the US printers that much different from the Canadian printers?
