    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi leenheer,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The B200 error is a general hardware error. &amp;nbsp;If turning off the printer, unplugging the power cord and leaving it out for at least 10 minutes, then plugging it back in and turning it back on does not resolve&amp;nbsp;the error, the printer will require servicing. &amp;nbsp;Please call or email us at one of the methods on the &lt;A href="http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/standard_display/contact_us_consumer" target="_blank"&gt;Contact Us&lt;/A&gt; page to obtain your servicing options.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am getting a B200 printer error has occurred message. I think I ran out of black ink but have replaced that cartridge. How can I reset or otherwise get my printer to operate? It tells me to unplug and contact the service center, but I'd rather try some fixes at home first.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
