      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Jehday14,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To try and resolve&amp;nbsp;the error, please follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. &amp;nbsp;Please&amp;nbsp;remove any physical objects that may be in front of the paper feed tray and preventing it from opening all of the way, then turn OFF and back&amp;nbsp;ON the printer and try printing again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. &amp;nbsp;With a flashlight or other bright light, please check the paper feed area of the printer and verify that there are no paper jams or obstructions in the printer that may be causing the error. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. &amp;nbsp;Look inside of the printer where the inks are located and ensure that there are no obstructions in there that may be causing the print head not to move freely. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. &amp;nbsp;Remove and reseat all of the ink tanks and print head&amp;nbsp;in the printer. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. &amp;nbsp;Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer and leave it out for at least 10 minutes, then plug it back in and turn it back on. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the error remains after following the steps above, the printer will require servicing. &amp;nbsp;Please call or email us at one of the methods on the &lt;A target="_blank" href="http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/standard_display/contact_us_consumer"&gt;Contact Us&lt;/A&gt; page to obtain your servicing options.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello I have a new laptop a HP with windows 10 and I'm trying to get my Canon MG5220 printer /scaner to work on the laptop ! i have the driver that come with the printer and i down loaded it , the printer works but the scaner will not work ! I get a message the says that it will not work on the 3.0 window becouse it is for like the 2 something windows i have been trying for about 2.5 hrs now to get itto work . Is there a new driveri can down load or a way to make this thing work right ?
