      <title>An object fed into rear feeder tray of an MX870 and is unreachable.  How do I open it up?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A telephone mini usb cable fed into the rear paper tray and appears to be lodged at the point where rear and front loaded paper enters the print chamber.&amp;nbsp; Is there a proceedure to get access to that point?&amp;nbsp; I can see it but it is not reachable by removing any user service areas.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The call to Tech Support resulted in a successful repair after creating a special tool out of baling wire - literally!&amp;nbsp; I always have baling wire in my garage.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
