I just purchased this printer about a week and a half ago with the intention of printing high-quality CD booklets and inserts. So far, the print quality has been quite underwhelming. I just purchased some Staples brand gloss white brochure and flyer paper, and so far the quality seems to have increased for some prints, but for others I am still getting lines and faded pictures. What can I do to make the print consistent with the picture and not have the lines? I don't know how else to describe it but I'm sure you all know what I'm talking about. If not I can take a picture of my prints and upload it.

My other issue is I can't figure out how to print double sided.

bump

I also need to know how to print without the default margin. I'm printing tickets on letter size paper that is pre-perforated so it has to print over the entire page.
