    <description>&lt;P&gt;My printer is still under warranty and just turned it on today to make a copy, got this message about incorrect print head installed and I cannot do anything. After reading that this problem is common and there appears to be no solution&amp;nbsp;of repairing it, my hopes just dropped. So all I can expect is to get a replacement, possibly with the same fault? If someone has a solution, it sure would be nice for the canon people to actually let it be posted.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
